Mati is slow fashion. We don't chase seasons or trends. We make stories, in small runs, and we make more when you ask for them.
Our knitwear, blankets and sneakers are made to order, so nothing is made just to sit on a shelf. We choose our materials with care and use natural fibres wherever we can: pure silk for our scarves, cotton and wool blends for our knitwear, and 100% cotton for our blankets.
Every piece is made to be worn for years, passed down, and asked about.

About the Brand
All of us in the MATI team believe that fashion has the power to tell important stories, promote cultural and historical identity and raise awareness of many important issues. Our bodies have spontaneously become living billboards and walking advertisements, whether we want to admit it or not.
The first MATI collection was called "If stones could speak" and is dedicated to our cradle, source and destination - Kosovo and Metohija. Its living churches and monasteries, as well as those that have been destroyed and patiently await the days of resurrection. To KosMet’s virtuous and indomitable people, children who sleep carefree to the sound of sirens.
